NESS Wärmetechnik to premiere “Smart Heaterpump” at LIGNA 2019

Monday, May 6, 2019    At LIGNA 2019 NESS Wärmetechnik schedules the premiere of its “Smart Heaterpump” to showcase the new technology that is equipped to reduce the energy consumption while operating thermal oil heater. The German plant engineering company NESS Wärmetechnik GmbH, is known for producing industrial process heater and is a renowned supplier in the section. NESS systems are used in different areas, ranging from the wood-manufacturing of wood-based materials, plastic production as well as processing and paper manufacturing unit. The solutions for process heat will be exhibited at the Hall 26, stand F78.

NESS systems is gearing up to display the innovative products at Hannover between 27 to 31 May to the international audience of the wood working and processing industry. As one of the professional process heat solutions, NESS is participating in this trade fair to exhibit its new products and help customers and visitors understand how to make thermal oil systems run in a smooth and sustainable way.

The R&D project “Smart Heaterpump” is to be launched in the market which was developed by making use of new technology. Thermal oil heaters are important and is an essential part of the manufacturing industry. Since the quantity of electricity consumed by pumps is proportional to the cube of the volumetric flow rate, this leads to vast quantities of energy being completely wasted. “Smart Heaterpump” from NESS is perfectly designed to monitor the heater’s load point and adjust the volumetric flow so that over-consumption is a thing of the past. Hence, at a medium capacity utilization of 80 percent, running costs for electricity are expected to fall by around a half. Thus, the new “Smart Heaterpump” has been developed with a firm focus on maximum functional safety.
